AIYF demands re-organization of transport dept

All India Youth Federation (AIYF), Manipur State Council has demanded the authorities concerned to reorganize the transport department for failing to regulate the fares of passenger vehicles.

A release of the front stated that the officials of the transport department have also misplaced the complaint letter which was addressed to the transport director regarding the irregularities in transport fares. The transport department should announce a fixed transport fare as soon as possible, it added.
